if the fedex driver can describe the person who signed it may help determine who signed, a woman or
man or child could well be a neighbor, if he describe what i look like then you can call me a liar,
but he cant so it wasnt me who signed

Brain. Below you stated that you wished to know "if a man or a woman signed for the item." How would
that help us find the package?

alaska_knife Dec-21-07 at 16:58:17 PST

I doesn't look good for you Brian. Remember '02? We want our Strider Knives MK-1A and the Strider
Knives Axe back. I have already learned that due to the nature of the items Law Enforcement will
take an extra special interest in the case.

please stop calling me a liar when i was trying to do honorable buisness. to ensure this kind of thing
doesnt happen i usually pick up my items in person and present an i.d. did fedex ask for that, no.
if a tracking number was given to me at time of shipping then i would have arranged that personally

qualityhomeconstruction Dec-21-07 at 15:55:05 PST

how can i prove you even shipped the item. for all i know you shipped an empty box. can you prove you
shipped other then supplying a tracking number? were photos taken of the packing process, of you
personally handing the items to fedex, did fedex know what was in the package and watch you place
them in there. what was the weight of the items and the package you sent

Mr. McClard,

we have received a report from FedEx and the driver states he is certain that he
delivered to your address. We should like to note that we are currently pursuing this matter with
the State's Attorney's Office.

as of now i would like this to be over as it is consuming both of our times. i will do everything in
my power to get to the bottom of this and clear up any discrepancies that are outstanding.

qualityhomeconstruction Dec-18-07 at 20:34:43 PST

fed-ex should be able to clear up the problem, i contacted them and they have a signature on file.
it should be easy to compare between the signature on the check you have in your possession and the
signature they will provide. also i would like to know if a man or a woman signed for the item. the
checks were cancelled as i stated in order to protect assets as well as myself. as a company you
should understand my position. i didn't receive my item and my money was floating around in limbo.

alaska_knife Dec-18-07 at 15:33:00 PST

We have just sent filed a claim with FedEx and they will be verifying the delivery address. We have
also sent an email to Ebay Customer Support detailing our postion and our next move.

We should
like to note that we have not seen a response here, in ebay, since the 15th.

Brian, per protocol, you need to detail your position here: today on the phone you stated that you
live in a "town house" and that you would mail us a copy of your signature to match it against the
digital copy on file with FedEx. You were speaking with the CPA of the firm who owns Alaska Gun. In
discussion with the CPA it was noted that your checking account at Citibank was closed.

alaska_knife Dec-15-07 at 16:45:43 PST

The item has been shipped.
Shipping Company: FedEx
Shipping Date: Dec-11-2007
Tracking Number: 791814353416
Additional Details: I should like to note that these were not "cashiers," as you stated when you opened this dispute.
We have copies of the checks to prove that. I'm thinking that this whole affair is beggining to smell
a little fishy, Brian. You didn't mail out payment until a few days after you purchased the items
(not on the 24th as you indicatd below but on the 27th--we have the stamped envelopes.) Exacerbatting
the time delay you mailed the checks parcel post. It took 8 days for you payment to arrive.

alaska_knife Dec-15-07 at 15:27:36 PST

Here's the FedEx tracking number showing that your items were delivered on the 13th:

791814353416

After speaking with my Employee regarding this sale, I found that your checks arrived
parcel post on Wednesday the 5th--we have the envelope showing when it was posted. Given the nature
of payment (Checks), your items were mailed out promptly. Actually, Per our shipping times, given
that your items were shipped before the checks cleared,.....[I'm a douche bag]

qualityhomeconstruction Dec-15-07 at 15:11:49 PST

i have cancelled the check as you have not shipped as promised, in your ad you stated fedex 2 day and
it has been 1 week and i still have not recieved my item

qualityhomeconstruction Dec-09-07 at 06:58:37 PST

Just so I'm clear, because it's a little hard to follow, you sold him something and someone signed for it and he stopped payment on the check?

That's it. It's a pretty odd one. Bryan handled the sale on our end up until he took a couple days off. I had just come back from a week off the day Bryan started his vacation and on that day I received an email from McClard wanting to know the whereabouts of his knife and axe. I just assumed that Bryan had shipped them. Well Bryan had received payment via Company Check just a couple days before the email [not Cashier's Check as McClard states in his claim.] I waited until Monday to ship the knives thinking the checks would clear. What I'm calling a methodology seems pretty apparent after the fact: he posts payment snail mail 3 days after buying the items on Ebay, allows a certain amount of time to pass then, shoots out a rather short email wanting his items or a refund on the pretense that we were supposed to ship 2nd Day FedEx and he has yet to receive his items. I fall right into the middle of the thing thinking that we're behind shipping.

This is simply intuition working; I, as of yet, have no solid proof he has the knives and is intent on getting them for free. Just a whisper: I hear it in my ghost.
