Hey guy's,With all the reliable internet dealers out here,I would stay away from Emergency Options if you come across their website.I had an order with them for two BM100 River Rescue Knives UPS Second Day Air.I needed them without delay.I ordered really early morning 2:00 am Friday 7/16 and my credit card was charged promptly same day.I e-mailed them probably 4-5 times from that day till Wednesday asking about a shipment date and tracking number.Never answered not one e-mail,and conviently their phone number seemed to have disappeared from the website.I had my credit card company reverse the charges.Beware of Emergency Options, something don't smell good! :barf:

Ya shoulda done a search here first! ;) :D

That would be great, but for some reason I have been unable to perform searches? :( Anyhow,I should have never deviated from my regular reliable knife dealers.I ordered the BM 100 from New Graham Wednesday and the knife was here Thursday.

Search has been working fine for me. Please post a bug report in the Service & Support forum explaining what you were searching for and exactly what went wrong --paste in the error message you get, or tell us whether it was your monitor or your keyboard that exploded -- just telling us "it doesn't work" isn't much help.

It doesn't matter what I put in for a search the same thing happens, but to make you feel better I listed an example below. :)

I thought I would just update this situation.I had got the charges reversed immediately by my CC company.
FYI,I get a UPS package from these bozo's just before christmas with the two BM River Rescue's inside.Months after I ordered without any communications.I demanded via e-mail they send a call tag and pick the merchandise up from my house. His response was sorry, but some items are hard to get.Eventually,UPS came to return the merchandise. So while apparantly they are not thieves,I would stay away from them unless you have a few months to wait for your order.

Cougar et al., I get the exact same message if I use a real common term in the search box. I am using dial-up. I usually work around by figuring out some less common term. (Classic example here where I would get the message would be any word "AND steel")

Yes, that's normal -- if you search for a common word like "steel" or "knife" the search function gets overwhelmed.

I think the search function is currently working fine. This thread is months old....
