I guess I should have checked his feed back here but i did
not well i guess i got screwed...
I did a trade with this guy 2 weeks ago i sent my stuff he never sent me
a thing....... I have emailed him he has never responed I think he should be banned from the fourms IMO......

Owl has had nothing but good feedback posted here for a long time. Two weeks is a bit early to panic, especially with current shipping times....
 
Ditto on what nifrand and cougar said. I have done many trades/deals with Owl, he is A-ok. It's possible his computer's down, he's away,had an emergency, etc., give him a chance to reply.

I have had a couple of good trades with Manuel ("Owl") in the past, so although 2 weeks IS a long time while waiting for a trade-item, don't give-up hope yet...:).
 
USPS transit times have been VERY erratic. Two recent examples:
NY to NJ - 8 days
FL to NY - 9 days

There could be a lot of reasons, particularly at this time of year, why he hasn't gotten back to you yet. I'll bet that there's a reasonable explanation & that everything will work out OK.
 
Another voucher here for Owl. Manuel has always come through with what he promised.
 
i shipped a knife via THREE day Priority to Colorado. It took six. I ALSO loaded XP and have had E-mail nightmares since. He seems like a stand-up guy, but he should at least acknowledge you via E-mail or HERE on BF. Give him until next WEDs..................wolf
 
I've done a few deals with Manuel, buying, selling, and trading. Each time, it went very well.

Seemed like a good guy to me.

I also had dealings with OWL and they went by without a problem.

Before I did the deal I also checked up here and from the negative posts that were on here about him, IIRC, he always came on the thread and tried to work with the person with the gripe.

in his dealings with me we did 2 seperate deals as for shipping i have had priority mails this holiday season take as long as 10 days remember that he may have been out of town as well lets give this forumite a chance before we crucify and bury him jaxurman
