I only ask because you're right that it's super weird that they had your phone number. Email addresses pop up often on here, but no so much phone numbers.
I do notice that you have your auto detailing business information in your signature, both on the facebook page and the website contact page. Is it possible that perhaps your phone number is the one that's listed there?
