Devill, who is on this forums, robbed me & 2 others on JD forums.i have a 450.00 claim with paypal. i see the same email address of a5ap.andy@gmail.com in these forums that was on there. you can go under the pos. neg there & see if you like.his name there is a5ap.001. i dont want anyone else to get burned by him.he seems to change email address a few times, which he did during payment for the 2 knives i never got,nor did the others.there was no delivery conf. as he stated as well. no further email responses were responded to after the funds were sent;8/21..he has posted here as recently as 8/30. i think he should be banned from here before someone else gets screwed.
 
He posted an "I take it" last month on one of my knives.. Then he disappeared.. Only to email me 3 days later asking me "what's up?"

I am sorry you got burned.. Hopefully PPal makes it right..

I don't have a good feeling about him and will never deal with him..
 
Thanks for the heads up. He recently responded to my sale thread. That's also the email address I have from him

couldnt refund money because they locked my account (which i explained on JD) - then permanently closed it. i cant log in, log out, delink my bank acct or anything

ive called paypal 10x and they say that there is no record of my account so i dont know what to do .

ive dealt with a few members here with no problem so i dunno what to tell you. i dont really buy much or sell much here, i just kinda read the forums...

If you owe these people money, you don't need a paypal account to pay them back. You go to the post office, get a money order and mail it.

i never withdrew the money or did anything with it after it was in my paypal account. For example, when 'goldie' sent me 450.00, the 450.00 remained in the account, and as soon as my sales were done (totaling about 600 USD) they locked my account.

They wouldnt tell me why it was locked, no matter how many times i asked them - all they told me is that it shouldnt be like that, then i couldnt even log in. Everyone received their money (or will) and i cant do anything like issue a refund - i cant even access my account
 
This sounds like the BS sort of story the guy who owes me money keeps going with.

"My account's locked."
"I'm having health issues."
"My dog and dad died, and my wife has cancer...again."

After awhile, these tales of woe ring hollow.
 
B.S. I don't believe Devills story for a moment. Why would PayPal do what you claim?


B.S. You should have emails from PayPal listing your Payments?

If PayPal took $600 from my account I'd be on this like nobodys business.

When you gave this explanation of what went wrong over on JD the forum owner suggested you provide copies/screenshots to back up what you're saying happened with Paypal. You said "will do." That was two weeks ago and you have posted nothing about it since.

I'm sure the folks who sent you money would like to see some form of proof that what you claim is true.

I have a gold membership but I use to be a dealer on the online auctions. because of my stroke I can barley walk so I gave up my company and I am no longer a dealer. because I use to be a dealer I don’t think it is right for me to sell on this site but I keep my gold membership because I think that this site is wonderful and it is the only way I know how to support it. If I win the lotto I will give even more money to this site.

Yeah, well you reaaaly need to contact someone at Paypal. I sure wouldn't be sitting on my kiester knowing that someone scammed me out of my $600. Oh hells no. I'd be up in arms. Maybe you just need to try a bit harder.
 
Smells like huge, massive piles of BS. No screenshots, no nothing. You are a thief and a liar,... it is plainly obvious to everyone at this point.
