For those of us that belong to other forums and or may venture out to check out other interests. I have encountered one that you may not want to deal with.

A thief, cheat, liar and unscrupulous individual. You’ll regret ever attempting to deal this one. Promise’s of shipment dates that come and go. He’s always having computer problems,then looses your address to mail your item even after receiving your side of the deal. As of 9/17/2003 he had received the agreed trade item from me, I’m still waiting for mine.

Last message received concerning the return or completion of the deal from this member was posted as a PM on Shooter’s Forum: “**** off....I have blocked you on this forum...I have also changed email addresses as of Friday so I will not be receiving anymore of your emails or PMs. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN”
 
He is a she, to my understanding, Tina-Louise.

If you go over to www.assaultweb.net there is a member there who's supposed to be moving forward with legal action against said individual. He is going to take letters from anyone ripped off to the local DA in the culprits area, so you might wanna head over ther eand get your letter in too. I believe cptjordan is the user doing so, but if you go into the For sale forum you'll see the appropriate thread.
 
What a scumbag. This person needs to go to jail. If any of the people paid by Postal Money Order, they should report this T.L. Burroughs to the USPS postal fraud investigators. I think that they would take this very seriously.
 
UPDATE

T. L. Burroughs has a rude awakening coming. Legal matters are in the works and we're coming.

It seems that this individual has burned several people and we have joined together and we're filing criminal charges. It appears that this individual has been working several forums sites, never completing deals and even taking money. As of the last message I received from this person, which stated that they had changed their email and ID name, BEWARE of anyone around the Meridian, MS area which has a low posting number. Will send further update as they happen.

etp777 Thanks for the input. I went to the site mentioned and found several other people who were burned by this person. We are going after this thief with a vengence.
