Beware phishing emails!! Medford knives and Vermeulen have had their emails hacked

Friendly warning to all bladeforums users. So far I have received two emails that are confirmed phishing emails from Medford Knives and Vermuelen.

These makers appear to have had their emails hacked or phished and their contact lists were snagged.

Just a heads up as one buddy has had their accounts for email and paypal hacked as a result.

This is not the makers but someone else attempting to get your information.

i clicked on the link, typed in my email and password, but once i saw the page i got very wary and didn't proceed. I deleted the text fields and closed the window, then deleted the email permanently. Should I be OK, or.... Never ran into this, and am quite scared actually. Any ideas on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
