he emailed me a couple times saying first, he sent the knife to the wrong buyer and was waiting for it to be returned. then after awhile i contacted him again for a status update and he said he sent it, waited, never showed, so he said he would repay my paypal. nothing. contacted him again and he said his girlfriend stole his bank card and was waiting for them to rush him a new one. and now, about 2 weeks later, nothing. kinda feel like i'm gettin worked over... :grumpy:

He made things good with me; although, I would still rather of had the knife he was selling, instead of a refund. Hope things are allright with him.

yup, been wantin' that knife for awhile. kinda got the feeling someone may have wanted it more and offered more...and he took it. maybe i'm just pissed at a total snafu and something out of his control came up that is preventing him from making this right...

Actually I HAVEN"T gotten anything from you and could not remember your forum name to contact you. The money WILL be refunded PM me with the details I need and I will get the rfund out. Now it is in public for everyone to see.

Sorry maybe I'm missing something, but it seems as if you left numerous posts in his own sales thread. If he didn't remember your forum name, isn't it safe to assume one would refer to their own thread for the info.

Anyway, that seems weird.

Any news on the refund?

Having a sale thread up and you can't remember where it's at to get a forum name to straighten out a problem? That's very forgetful!

and still nothing. :grumpy: hope he finds a conscience and returns my hard earned cash. i'm not a rich guy at all, and every dollar i spend on this hobby means something... :(

Pittsteele- You should continue to pursue your legal options. Just because he has made it right with one member does not mean he's going to make it right with you. Don't back down!
