Just a heads up, as some folks here recommended them.
Ordered 2 items and requested a total with combined shipping that they offer on there store page. Waited almost one week and sent another email requesting the same. No response to emails for about 10 days I was going to cancel order.
My daughter inadvertently paid for both items with PayPal as she monitors our account for our own Ebay store.
Needless to say, items arrived with NO combined shipping charge, and no invoice, and never an email response. I figured out how to check their feedback, and there is 19 negative, and a bunch of neutrals in the past month.

I don't know what their problems are, and the few extra dollars won't hurt me, but I won't do business with them again.

Anyone else have problems here? I have an order almost completed, hoping for a code for a discount, should I look elsewhere? :(

I purchased a Spyderco Byrd knife from that guy a couple of months ago and there were no problems with e-mail communication whatsoever - he answered my questions promptly (in under 24 hours), he shipped the knife the way he said he would and it arrived in perfect condition, no hassle whatsoever. I bought the knife from this guy because of reasonable prices and overseas shipping costs. I contacted him first *BEFORE* placing my order (it was a Buy-It-Now item) and we resolved all the issues that I was concerned about beforehand ... overseas shipping can be huge PITA for buyers :) YMMV.

I've bought a couple of knives from them in the past 3 or months. No problems whatsoever. Great knives, quick shipping and answered my questions right away.:)

Just received a knife I bought through their website. Everything went fine. I wonder what the deal is with their Ebay account?

If you actually order directly from wildeals.com it is different from ordering from the eBay store WilDealz. I made a purchase from eBay awhile back and contacted WilDealz through their website. David, in charge of WilDealz, told me he is not in charge of the purchases through eBay. He has a separate unit running all orders from eBay but he can check on the status of those orders for you. I usually order directly from wildeals.com, price is a bit lower and David's communication is unbeatable, it's like he's in front of his PC 24/7. Sorry you had some trouble through eBay. I'd recommend just ordering directly from wildeals.com

FWIW, my purchase was through eBay and paid by Paypal. My contact was through eBay's "Ask seller a question". I've checked some of the negative feedback this seller received and was quite surprised to see comments along the lines of "Spyderco not received for over 2 mont's. Think even not send!" and "Pure communication. Don't answering even in dispute! Spyderco not received" (constituting almost 10% of negative feedback for this seller) for auctions for one TOPS knife and one Al Mar knife (neither of which are Spydercos - it's obvious this bidder didn't even place a bid on any Spyderco knife and only dinged the seller on completely unrelated items with absurd comments).

I hope your issue is worked out - I suggest you contact the seller again, with reasinably composed message addressing your concerns. If he managed to get through my English he'll no doubt be able to communicate with you :D

Wildeals.com has always done me well, I think maybe it's time to end the ebay half as they must be growing...

Hello from Germany,
thank you very much for your useful information.
Your comments encouraged me to send an email to David Osborne around 11:00 GMT on a Sunday morning!!! requesting the status of my purchase.
Not even one!!!! hour later he responded with full information that the parcel has been despatched some days ago by USPS, apologising for not be able to trace the actual status, because USPS does not provide any formal tracking.
Furthermore he mentioned that in the past he made the experience that the German Customs holding packages for 1-2 weeks before delivery.
I´ m very much surprised about the quick answer by Wildeals and in particular by David even on a Sunday morning.
Now I have to wait till customs procedures come to an end.
I will let you know the end of the story.
Wishing you a nice Sunday Afternoon
Peter

I purchased a kershaw splinter from the ebay site and had no problems at all. Got the knife about a week and a half later and it was just like I expected. If I have to order from him again I will go to the main website though - didn't know about it when I bought from the ebay store.

Hi friends,
The story has come to a positive end.
The parcel has reached our local customs office on 27th of March, which means the shipping to Germany lasted almost two weeks. Customs has informed me by letter and yesterday I picked it up.
They charged 8.5% Custom duty and as usual 19% VAT. Maybe this information is of some interest for customers from Germany.
I have conveyed this message to David and he responded that for future business he could lower the declaration value in order to reduce the hefty charges. Good guy isn’t he?
Regards from Germany
Peter

I bought 3 knives from Wildeals.com in December. Price was good, good communication, David is a nice guy, but control of inventory could be improved.
In my book he is approved supplier, but not preferred yet.
