No, I didn't. It's a PayPal receipt though so I am hoping that his website relayed that info.

I believe you are suppose to also include your login name in special instructions as gunstockjack mentioned in the other thread. I think waynorth left that part off the order instructions.

Same here, I put my username in the special instructions box but on the PayPal receipt it says "You haven't entered any instructions"

Thats been happening to lots of people it seems like. I did what another member did and email GSJ my username just to be safe.
