BF complaints - My Rants

OK so who is surprised we are not perfect but,I'll say it again. Blade Forums is the greatest gift I have ever seen given to the knife community other than makers who strive to share their knowledge.

I do not know of or see anyone else offering to shoulder the cost of this site to the extent Mike has. Folks, there has been a lot of growth here and without change long term growth can not be sustained in any business (even not for profit) that I am aware of.
Let's grow up too and try to understand what is going on. Is it fair to those who support this site by their advertising dollars. I don't think so.

Instead of what I feel are greedy ill-worded complaints which serve no purpose without a constructive suggestion, I think time would be better spent to tend to business and build a website if you need commercial presence on the web. As Les said, try giving Blade, KI, Knife World, TK or any publication a call for your free adds and see how far you get.

Bravo, Gus...

I myself couldn't believe how generous Mike has been to us all these times, setting up this forum for all of us to enjoy and learn from, and for what? for FREE. He's an everyday Santa in my book, to everybody.

I feel very sad to read about people bashing him for trying to survive. He's trying to survive, FOR US, so that we can continue enjoying BFC for FREE.
