In the buddy/ignore lists? 
You can send an email by clicking on his name at the top right of any of his posts and selecting "send email to" from the menu. If that isn't on the menu that drops down that's because he has chosen not to enable email.
The easy way to find one of his posts is to go to Advanced Search and put his username in the "Search by User Name" field and nothing in the keywords field, and check the box for "Show Results as Posts." That will show all his posts with the most recent listed first.
