I've had 3 really great transactions recently, with BF member, PeteyTwoPointOne. This guy is definitely one of he really nice, trusted member's on this forum, & always a pleasure to deal with.

We've exchanged quite a few email/PM messages, & the one thing that really stands out, is the fact that this guy is always so incredibly positive about the knives he's purchased, & pretty much everything else we discuss...a true gentleman!

Thanks PeteyTwoPointOne, for making this hobby much more enjoyable- you definitely class this place up! :thumbup::thumbup:

My sentiments exactly, JR! My BF, "don't buy/sell to list" has become very extensive; on the flip side: my feedback hasn't taken a hit (knock on wood).

On a positive note: BF member's like Petey (& many others), makes BF a great place to buy/sell knives...we just need to always exert our due diligence, & throw out the "bad apple's!"

Except for the fact that he will beat ya to the punch in the exchange (I still want that Zing buddy! :D) Kidding, one of the greats here:thumbup::thumbup:

( by far the best packaged knife ever...took me a while to get to it so much tape,bubble wrap...was used ) THX

the knife itself was as described, clean, well maintained...perfect.
was great to deal with him!

especially since Iḿ overseas I really appreciate that he was willing to send it to me and took the time to fill out the customs decl.form and all...thanks again!

It's BIG FUN being a member here and I really enjoy having a little corner of sanctuary I can always relax with.

I've lurked for many, many years before I ante'd up and became a member...some of the best money I ever spent!

As for the brothers I've "shot out of the saddle" on sales threads...all I can say is I grew up watching Marshall Matt Dillon slap leather and the other guy taking a dirt nap...I pattern my Exchange style after him...;)

Yup. Just echoing what everyone else is saying but couldn't have asked for better experience with Petey. Straight up pleasure to chat and deal with here on BF. :thumbup:
 
I have had the opposite experience with peteytwopointone than the folks above. He made a bundle deal offer to my sales thread to buy two knives from me. I responded within about two hours yesterday at 8am that I would accept his offer. Then as far as i can tell, I was promptly blocked. Maybe there is more to the story, but if I am correct, I think that's a crapy way to back out of a deal. Just tell me.
 
I just wrapped up another smooth transaction (a trade), with P2.1. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

As always, every facet of our transaction was on point & highly professional. I couldn't ask for a better/more trusting, trading partner. I never have to worry about a thing, when I'm dealing with this guy...I trust him that much. Add to all the above, he's a class act, as well as being a super nice guy. :)

My Sebbie arrived yesterday- in just 2 days! This Sebbie, is one of the nicest CRK I've acquired, & has one of the sharpest edges I've ever used. It's razor sharp!!!
