I just completed a deal with a relatively new member here: PinkmagicK. Straight up- this was one of the most enjoyable transactions that I have had on this forum...not for the deal that we made, but for the opportunity to get to know a very nice, exceptional, young man.

Jordan & I had excellent communication; we kept in touch (text messages/emails/phone calls), through out the entire transaction. Getting to know Jordan, & sharing his excitement, was truly an awesome, rewarding experience.

To the other member's on this wonderful forum: Jordan (PinkmagicK) is one of the really nice, good guy's who can be trusted! :thumbup:
