To say it's been a tremendous mess is an understatement!!!
Had a customer in a large strip mall with no heat....Tae Kwan Do school for kids....unit is on the roof. The landlord had to get a crew on the roof to shovel the 3' of snow off!! Impossible to get near the unit!! Fun times!!
