  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Any more updates on the list of owners, I'm sure some will want to remain anonymous, hence some of the gaps.

Rusty I'm not sure why anyone would want to be, but I'll respect them if they don't want there number listed. That is why if anyone wants to be added they need to post to this thread.
Bastid, thanks for helping out on the list. :)
Freeze I was going to add you really I was. :) Thanks for letting us know it arrived.

I just took a peek at shaldag's numbers since I am still holding them for him and I still am holding one for texastoothpick.

Just thought they would make the decision when they get them.

Finally! I'm happy for you!

Thanks Waynorth! I was realy beginning to think mine was no. 13!

Customs 7 Excise stopped it & added the import duty - £8 & some pence. No biggie really, but what I do object to is that they contract out the collection & delivery to Parcel Force, who then charge a handling fee of £8.00 minimum!!
When you consider that the sender of a given parcel has paid for delivery to an adress, it takes the p*ss for a 3rd. party to add to that delivery cost!

Gus, not your fault mate. This is a well known issue in the U.K. & I expected it to happen on this occasion.

Take care guys

Shaldag's knives went out early this week. Not sure when he will get his.

Eric,
Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting in line at the P.O. :D.

WooHOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Received my wonderful Canal Street BFC knives today!! (I don't think that the Israeli customs officials knew quite what to make of them.)

They are really wonderful! Thanks to all of you, and especially Gus!

These are the first Canal Street knives that I have handled, and they are
very nice. I also think that the goat hair packaging is a unique idea. :D

Seriously, thanks again, Gus.

(oh yeah, #s 5 and 7.)
