Yeah.... Wishing I would have pulled the trigger on the bgbj. It looks freaking awesome.

Congrats! Looks really nice.
Still waiting on my ding. Ordered muddy with green canvas. Can't wait!
How about an "in hand" pic?

The small choil is the best. It makes sharpening fun, and yet it does not waste space on the knife. I prefer this layout to all others on this size knife. It balances well, and feels very good in hand.

How is the grind? Some of the earlier Boss Jacks were hell for thick on the primary grind behind the edge.

The Busse crew and a few great hogs donated one to my cousin before he deployed.

He brought it to me for sharpening and looked like it had been banged around a lot climbing in and out of the. 50 cal gunners turret on the armored vehicles he rode.

Congrats!
Those blades look sleek and sweet.
I love the look and feel of the boss jack!

Can't say too much about the grind as is seems to be consistent with the combat (. 220) grade specs with a small choil. If it's battle grade, I'd say it's up to the task! I also have the LE version with a choil and that is another well executed design. I very much like the Boss Jack pattern in general and I find the only thing I feel myself wanting is slightly thicker grip panels since the handle doesn't have much width to it, like some other models.

Would be very keen to see a spine/handle shot of the BG-BJ alongside a JMD as I really like the Boss Jack blade profile but the JMD handle is just too thin.

Congrats! I'm still waiting for the ding on my sage and green canvas, maybe I won't wait until "Last Call" to place my orders next time...
