BG42 Classic Sebenzas - How Rare?

I have seen several for sale in the past year. My older son and I each picked unused Classic BG-42s in the box with papers for not much more than an S30V would cost new. I really like the higher hardness.

This info is in my history timeline as well. That answer would be 2 years. Then the classics blade Steel was switched to S30V. I have the years each style sebenza was made and the years the blade Steel was offered. A little math and you get 2 years. Classics were made from 2000-2008. BG42 was used Oct 96- Jan 2002. First classics were numbered and were BG42. There were un-numbered classics with BG42 ( I have one ) and then the rest were in S30V. Have them too
