Only Jerry can answer this, typically a number of Blanks have been run off and when there gone, Well there gone-If money is a concern looks like it is still 1 dollar down, so you may be able to order one and then have some time to save up the Cash-Good luck
 
It is $1.00 for the deposit with the balance due right before shipping.

Should be about 6-8 weeks or sooner for shipment.
