I know there have been multiple threads about the customer service of Blade HQ in the past, but I feel compelled to throw in my opinion. Blade HQ is second to none. I have made two purchases from them, a para 2 and now the 0560. I received my 0560 this after noon (side note- amazing knife) pulled it out of the box full of excitement. And to my dismay there is a slight chip in the edge about an inch up the blade. And no, this is not a ZT/Kershaw/KAI bash, things happen, I understand, and the rest of the knife is absolutely perfect. So I send an email at about five o'clock to BHQ seeing what I can do about it. I went out for dinner, for some delicious tacos, and I return with a reply from BHQ already! it had been no more than two hours and well past business hours. They not only tell me it is no problem for me to return it for a replacement, but they include a shipping label! So thank you BHQ, you guys do an outstanding job and I will continue to be a customer.
