Today was a very sad day at the shop . . .

Amy-0 has decided that she will be leaving Busse Combat in order to take care of her parents who are both in need of constant care.

It was sad day indeed and there wasn't a dry eye in the shop as Amy bid farewell to everyone here.

Amy will be missed more than I can express.

Amy is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. This move is just one more testament to her unselfish nature, as she will be giving up so much in order to take care of her ailing parents.

She will of course, be dropping in for a Coors Light every now and then, but her smiling face and incredible disposition will be sorely missed by all here.

Amy has assured me that Lexi, Kendra, Pokey, Lora, and Tanya will continue the fine tradition of excellent customer service that she helped to establish at Busse Combat.

It is with our deepest gratitude for so many years of friendship and unrivaled customer service that we say, Amy we love you and we thank you!!!

We must now go and drink heavily. . .

Wow, I'm sorry to hear this. I can only say thank You Amy, for the best customer service I have ever experienced. I wish You and your parents all the best in the future.

Crap, this is a disaster for us, but it's an understandable disaster.

And more importantly, it's a blessing for Amy's parents, who, judging by the daughter they raised, are very much deserving of this kind of compassionate care.

Best of luck, Amy.

:(

Amy, Thank You for the incredible service you provided to the customers of Busse Combat !

I admire you for the choice you have made !

I will miss you !

Thank you so much for being such a wonderful teacher to me and so many others! Good luck, Amy-O! I will miss you!

Amy, I never had the chance to meet you in person, but talking with you on the phone back in 2009 is what hooked me on the Busse family.
Thank you for all of your time, patience and help to help so many piglets figure out which end is up.
I am sad to hear of you leaving, but since it is your parents that helped shape you into the great gal you are, they definitely deserve some of those same qualities directed toward their needs.
Take care, stay in touch and God bless you and your family! :)

Amy, sorry to see you go. You were the very first voice I heard representing the company that one morning I called to order my first Busse, and you did it well--casual and friendly yet professional. Good luck taking care of your parents, and I hope you can make it to Blade 2012 at least so I can meet you!

Gosh!! I am very sorry to hear this! Amy, you have been such a wonderful help to me over the years with everything. I will miss you terribly! But, family comes first, and you have to do what you have to do. Lots of love from us in Oz to you and your family xxx

Very sad, I wish that wonderful lady the best always!! it doesn't surprise me that Amy would put her folks needs first!

Very similar experience for me as well...what a fantastic example of the way it should be done when dealing w/ a rowdy customer base--you'll be missed.

Take care of yourself too!;)

Oh my, Amy. I just can't imagine how this decision must have weighed on you. Your courage and integrity shines through in everything you do, and we as your customers and members of your extended family are so lucky to know you.

You are a treasure.

God speed, dear.

Will
