No, please NOT fat! The 0.22" of the original and current SFNO is plenty.
There should be room for both. I have a saber grind in .22 and a flat grind in .22; at Blade I got to hold Troy's .27 saber I can see that the thicker blade would make the SFNO a usable chopper in a smaller blade.
So why not a CG .22 and .27 LE or the other way like the ASH-1 was done with the LE the thinner blade.
In my opinion in this knife the Saber grind makes the knife work better or maybe a full convex to keep the blade weight up.
