I have 4 nice big blocks of African Blackwood available. This stuff is getting harder to find, especially in larger sizes, solid pieces and reasonable prices.
African Blackwood is excellent handle material. It is hard and VERY stable. It is the KING of woods for carving, texturing and checkering. Also looks super classy plain black.
These are high quality, nice big blocks. Solid with no visible defects at all. They do have some grain but these will finish out jet black. This is the good stuff.
Pics show one side.....the backs look the same and will finish the same as the fronts....jet black.
Price includes shipping to the US. Blocks are $35 each. They measure 2" x 5 1/8" x 1 3/16+".
