I sold a knife just like this a while back on the forum. This one was a custom order but the customer disappeared when I finished the knife so it is up for sale here. This knife came out really good. It works very smooth with a medium pull and can easily be pinched open without the nail nick. The blade is ground very thin with a fine edge. I think you will be pleased with it.

I remember the other folder that was similar to this one.
This one turned out GREAT also.
NICE COMBINATION of the brown canvas and black linen micarta.
GOOD LOOKING FOLDER.

Gene, that is a sweet knife, if you ever end up with another one, drop me a line ASAP!

Where did you get that burlap (or whatever it is) micarta--the brown? Did you make it?

Good looking stuff.

Thanks for all the replies. I appreciate it!

Fish30114, The micarta is just plain old natural canvas micarta that I obtained from an online supplier.
Thanks a lot,
Gene

I think that might be the one I picked up. In case anyone is wondering, these look even better in person. And they're sharp as can be. Sharp enough that I sliced the out of my finger when I was just feeling the blade

Boy, do I wish I had seen this first. Beautiful knife Gene. Same here - let me know if you have another that comes up.
