Yes, this knife is not practical unless it is used as an offensive or defensive weapon, for which it was created.
I'm fascinated by the design and craftsmanship of Bob Loveless. Each of its knives is beautiful with a sense of graceful lines and functionality.
For me, the top of Loveless's designs is New York Special and Bears in all sizes.
Big Bear, if made correctly and cleanly, is a work of art. This is a knife that brings joy even when not in use. In the evening, you will sit in a chair by the fireplace, pour Caribbean rum, Scottish whiskey or whatever you like and admire the amazing design of Bob Loveless and the craftsmanship of the knife maker who made it. This will probably be the main reason for buying such a knife.

Super clean!! I own 4-5 Destenskys Loveless design and there fine knives. He does compete justice to the original.
