Big Bowie.

A very clean and well executed Bowie. I see a Wheeler influence in the guard and ricasso area. Personally, I prefer a little longer ricasso. The Southwest style blade with the long sweeping clip is one of my favorite blade profiles, and you do it extremely well.
Your proportions are dead on in my opinion. I like your use of a single pin for this style knife for both aesthetic and structural reasons, however IMO the Bowie would have benefited from a larger one. I agree with ptgdvc's opinion on the handle material. I just feel that your kick-ass blade deserves a more substantial piece of wood.
Thanks for sharing, I look forward to seeing more of your work.:thumbup::thumbup:

one of the impressive things to me is the handle shaping. That deep pinky pocket would make for a killer snap cut.

Thanks again, guys. You've given me a lot to work with.

Things for me to consider:

-More impressive handle material, with a more impressive finish.
-A wider clip bevel, sharpened.
-Drop the handle
-A bigger pin
-peoples opinions', tastes.

Cheers, all.
