Olive wood #

I got all excited about buying an olive wood #12 today and then I find out they don't offer one in Carbon

I can't post photos but maybe you can visualize my latest big bro little bro :
Cold Steel Ranch Boss and a Case Teardrop Wharncliffe in Jigged Black Water Buffalo horn.

Well they are both pretty much black and heavily jigged.
Good combo !
Does the S35VN disqualify me for a Traditional ?

I read on the Opinel website that Olive wood is highly corrosive to the carbone steel that is why they only use it with inox steel
