big ceramic wheels?

anyone know where i can buy a big ceramic wheel, say around 2000 - 4000 grit?

i want to build an old style hand cranked sharpening wheel and want a very very fine wheel for it.....

( a, old nieghbour of mine had a massive 20" tall x 3" wide ceramic wheel that was about 10000 grit, he had it hooked to an old singer sewing machine treadle. )

I have a couple big wheels but they arent ceramic, they are crankshaft grinding wheels. I will measure if you are interested. Both are about 24" diameter.
