Thanks for that explanation. That's good for me because I have a Bog Dog comming my way. I also have a Bandicoot inbound. I should get them both in a week (I hope). Then I can compare the two handle types. Thanks again.

I guess I picked the wrong day not to stop by, huh?
So what's going to happen to the Camp Tramp, and is it really too late to get one? Will I be happy I missed it cuz the new one is sooo much better?

I have no doubt that these changes will be for the better. The shop has yet to steer me wrong.
Of course, if you do decide later that you'd rather have bought an old style Camp Tramp, they will still pop up on the used market from time to time.
I'm anxious to see what's next.

btw, everyone thinking that the CT and BR will vanish off the face of the earth, the secondary market will always have them to offer.
Change is good folks, look what happened in the Busse shop, the new stuff is fantastic! I am a micarta fan so I'll put in my vote for more Tac's!
I've never seen a reaction this fierce before, even when Jerry wiped the shop clean! Absolutley nothing available! At least theres some knives to order in the Swamp.
