Up for sale is one of Big Chris's redesigned Bushcrafters in PSF27. I got this in 2016 and played around with it a little bit but never carried it. Like all of his knives, this thing cuts like a laser. Added a large Tek-Lok and put it away.
Here's the original sales thread info, and I think Chris probably tested this thing harder than I did:
Price: $250 total (Paypal fees and shipping included) [SOLD]
Here's the original sales thread info, and I think Chris probably tested this thing harder than I did:
I have slightly redesigned my old BushCrafter.
I added some curves to the handle and made the blade a little pointier for better drilling.
I have also been working on some altered handle shaping that almost completely eliminates rolling.
Another maker and I have also been discussing convex geometries and this knife has my first attempt.
The geometry is very thin and cuts very efficiently.
This one came out a little too thin and needed a secondary bevel to stabilize the edge.
This is the first of those to get finished.
I have cut some cardboard and did a little wood carving with this knife, nothing extreme.
Since this was/is a test mule it will be sold at a reduced price.
