Fully hollow ground on a 36" radius platen to a very thin cutting edge
The grinds are not as rough as they appear in the pics. Finish is satin with a Scotchbrite belt. It is a very smooth finish.
This knife will excel at cutting tasks such as gutting, skinning, or woodcarving
Nice distal taper to the tip
Desert camo G10 scales. There are three different shades of brown on the handle but you have to look close to see them.
Handles are scuplted and contoured to comfort during long use and in multiple grip positions
Aluminum pins and tube
Comes with a chocolate brown pancake Kydex sheath.

I have to say that the Moose has some of the best ergonomics in the kitchen for a non kitchen knife.
