This knife has an incredibly comfortable handle. For those not familiar with PSF 27, it is made using Spray Form Technology. The composition is nearly identical to D2. You get the same stain resistance and edge holding that is expected with D2 but with a grain size closer to CPM D2 you get the benefit of added toughness as well. If you are a fan of D2 this steel will not disappoint. Here is a data sheet on the steel that gives a good comparison chart.

I have since added a new custom kydex sheath to it which is smaller and much better lockup. (No play, at ALL). Made by Extreme Kydex.
Knife has been carried a lot, used less than 2 dozen times since I got it, and only stropped. Still razor sharp.

Alan Davis ultra mini necker. Maple handles and matching lanyard bead, leather sheath. Carried some, not used but to cut paper. $100.
