I just took delivery of my first Big Chris knife, a Super Dashi. She's my sharpest non-kitchen knife I've owned and a fantastic value for the price. I'm excited to try Big Chris's take on M2 steel. I added a uber simple paracord wrap to make it a bit more comfortable. I have a feeling this will be a very handy shop tool. Almost forgot, Chris made the transaction process super smooth with great packaging and fast shipping, thanks!
