Hey guys some of you might have seen this a few years ago but I finally have some time to work on it.
I designed it had it waterjet cu and then our own mr Will Nease ground the main bevel for me.
What's left is the handles heat treat finish finish edge and eventually a sheath.
Today I started getting rid of all the waterjet marks around the perimeter, also I decided the finish on the blade will be sort of a satin finish using a random orbital Palm sander I tested it out and I'm pretty happy with the results.
Also that's a full size grip for scale lol

Wow, that looks like it's made to do some work! Well done!

Thanks!
I'm stoked for this thing to get done finally hopefully I can do a decent job with the scales.

Made some progress today drilled the handle holes to the proper size and tapped the tang t accept the hardware, also cut the g10 to a more manageable size drilled the handle holes aswell as counter sunk them.
Next I'll start profiling the handle slabs.

Finally got the handles on and shaped and I'm pretty proud of myself I was sure I'd ruin them but they fit like a glove no gap between the tang and scales and they are comfy.

The only use this thing has in its future is probably cutting pizzas. But it was designed with more of a fantasy weapon book of Eli kind of mind set.
