This is one of the largest cleavers ive made yet.Forged from 3/8th inch 5160 and tapered from tip to tang (the tip being at 3/8 tapering to a little under a 1/4 at the butt of the handle)The blade is nearly 3 1/2 inches wide and the cutting edge is 8 1/2 inches.Overall length is 13 3/4.Weighs 2 lbs.6 1/4 oz.Was forged under heavy drawing dies of my 24 ton press then hand forged so there was very little stock removal.Handle is blood red cord wrap over black flat cord soaked in 2 ton epoxy for a stable,no slip grip.Comes with a hand saddle stitched 10 oz. leather belt sheath.$190.00 shipped.I take paypal.

Damn Mark, that is some scary cleaver action! I like the end shot, you really can see how flawless that taper from spine to edge is, wow.
