If you've ever wanted to own a Nick Wheeler fighter but didn't have the $$$$ maybe this one will interest you.
This blade was forged, HT'd and rough ground post HT by Nick himself. I purchased the blade, did the hand work
and added the guard, handle and sheath. This blade was ground like a surgical instrument and is very light and fast.
The clip is ground to a zero edge.
Specs
- OAL is 14 3/8" and the W2 blade is 9" with beautiful hamon
- Guard is soldered 416ss with copper spacers
- Handle is stabilized Afzelia on an Ebony "frame"
- Sheath of Wickett & Craig 9oz leather with frog stud
I purchased this blade mainly to see Nick's work up close. Now I'm selling it at a price that someone can use and enjoy the knife
without the guilt of ruining a stamped showpiece. Asking Sold. Paypal or MO accepted.
