i have no brand preference though, well not on purpose anyways. i go for design, materials, price, etc more than brand name.

That's in order of most in my collection to the least amount in my collection. Not in order of quality or price. I have a few other's that are just either cheap china made ones or older ones like TL-29's, or old Ulster or Imperial pocket and scout knives.

Right now my favorites for carrying are Zero Tolerance, Kershaw, Case and Queen. In that order.

From the most I have to the least. I have more than one of each. If I had to name my favorite companies, the list would be different.

1. Chris Reeve Knives
2. Bark River
3. Victorinox
4. ZT

2. Hinderer
3. Bark River
4. ZT

3 & 4 are pretty much a tie as I really like them both, but one company is folders, while the other is fixed blades.
 
I'm all over the map, so I don't own more than 2 or 3 of any one brand.

I have multiple Case, Victorinox, CRKT, and Spyderco blades though.
