This is one I just completed after many many hours and some great help. Mr.Alan Warren was kind enough to build me a beautiful hand stitched black leather sheath and Mr.Ken Warrick was kind enough also to clay and heat treat the San Mai blade for me. Blade is heat treated to 59-60. Thanks again to both of you. This is a really beautiful piece of San Mai that I purchased from Mike Turner back in September of last year and finally got around to finishing it. Anyway knife and display specs are below.

Knife OAL; 8 1/2 inches
Blade; 1095 & core wrapped iron jacket. Blade is 4 5/8 inches and 3/16 thick hollow ground and top swedge is not sharpened.
Handle; Beautiful clear piece of fossil Walrus ivory free of ANY voids. Guard is a piece of black extruded acrylic with file work. On the pommel end I scrimshawed a Big Horn Sheep head.
Display; Fossil Inuit sled runner piece that I scrimshawed two Big Horn Sheep looking at the knife. Sled runner piece is 9 inches long and 1 7/8 inches at widest point. Sled runner, knife and sheath are all wrapped by a Big Horn Sheep antler sitting on a piece of extruded black acrylic.

Hope you all like it and any and all comments are always appreciated. Thanks for taking a look;)

Asking $1500.00 OBO $SOLD$ which includes free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. I will accept PO Money order or personal check for payment. Will also take paypal at R2D2Fly@charter.net if you want to pay the fees.

Exquisite Ray - after buying all that material you're not making a whole lot - great price!

Gorgeous ART!! How wonderful to envision this knife and display and then bring it all to completion!!

That is some nice looking stuff. Alot of talent in various aspects of your work.

Recommend if you ever get the chance or extra change, go get it photographed by a pro. I think it would really help bringing out all your hard work.

Make one wish they had a big bad man cave with a special place just for a piece of outstanding art like you have created.

Bill and Jack thank you both. Much appreciated. Yes lots of hours but I enjoy it and when guys like you post comments it makes guys like me want to do more.Anyway thanks again
