If I had the space. I'd make that pot rack. I like that.
What a coincidence. My oldest brother has moved out of his former condo and is still cleaning the place before listing it for sale. He happens to have a 15 inch Lodge and the chicken fryer Lodge skillet with cast iron lid. He called me this afternoon and is giving both to me. I have room on the rack for the 15 inch, but the chicken fryer will have to go below the cabinets. What a score!!!If I had the space. I'd make that pot rack. I like that.
No kidding. He is 76 and had to move into a elder-friendly duplex. His condo has too many stairs. Gonna look up fried chicken recipes. I already have a deep fryer for fish. Kitchen gonna get busier.Wow, seriously jealous about that chicken fryer.
Not vintage, but this looks like a classic chicken fryer, and pretty reasonably priced:One pan you'll never find. At the thrift store, flea market, second hand at a garage sale.
Are the deeper chicken fryers. You can find vintage, standard depth, pans but never a deep one.
They are a find.

I don't have any experience with it, or any of their other products, but the cast iron stuff looks interesting.
