Big Knives

My Junglas has proven more handy than a machete. I love it for the tasks that I have put it through. Clearing shooting lanes and brushing in ground blinds. Perfect. I know it may be excessive, but my field kit includes, GB Small Forest Axe, ESEE Junglas, ESEE Laser Strike on my hip, and Mora Morakniv M-10629 2000 Forest Green. If I fell out of a boat on a river with only one, it would be the Laser Strike, but there is just something about the big knife that empowers the psych.

Bk-4 is a great next knife for you. Especially if you like the Becker handles and are use to them. Or if money is not important go with a Busse basic -11. It's awesome!!

Welp , since this thread got bumped back up.

I ended up getting a Junglas. Got the dark earth one. Just got done electro etching it deeper and AC blackened it. First Esee for me. Nice Kydex sheath with it

I been taking my BK 9 out on my daily hike with my Birddog, and using it down in the creek bottom on willow branches

Sorry for the double post. I really like that Junglas look. Mine is black with orange G-10 scales. I wish I had gone to Micarta to begin with.

I like my Junglas, but ,honestly, not as much as my BK9. I can do a lot more with the 9, than the Junglas. The 9 does the small stuff soooo much better. But... the Junglas will out chop, though not by much. My buddy put it best. He bought a Junglas to look at, and a bk9 to actually use.
