For anyone interested, I have this meat cleaver for sale.
I have hand forged this out of 1070 High-Carbon Steel.
It's cutting edge is 8 1/4 in long
OAL = 12 in
Cocobolo handle with some green g10 spacers and nickel silver pins
The blade is nice and thick, perfect for processing large bones.
This is my first blade I have posted for sale. Let me know if I am missing any pertinent info, or if you would like to see photos from different angles.
