Big Sale in Web Specials right now

I’m really glad the 110 Pro and 112 Pro sold out. I don’t even like G10, but those prices were getting mighty hard to ignore!
There is still the website exclusive110, S30v blade, black ebony handle, and brass bolsters. It's the same price that the 110 pro was selling for. I personally like it better than the 110 pro.

O.B.

I snatched one of those up REAL quick during one of the other Web Special sales, lol.

I ended up loving it so much, I had to have Gary W. Graley Gary W. Graley whip up a sheath for it stat! It completely disappears from visibility in the small of my back. :D

I keep looking at the Custom shop to see if Buck adds a drop point option for the 112..Not yet!
Me too. Just a guess but they might be waiting until they replace some of the handle material options.

Some of the handle materials in the Custom Shop, like Ebony and Blue Wood, have already been used on drop point 112’s. They might be trying to decide how to avoid duplication.

Got email notice of the shipping label printing . . . good news!

re: 112 drop points . . . I was on the drop point train for 110s for years, but after I used them for a while, I realized I like the clip points better. I might feel differently if I were zipping open the bellies of a lot of critters, but I don't do much of that.

I asked CJ to just drop a box of drop point 112 blades off at the Custom shop..It seems so easy to do! My best guess is Buck saves that option for Special Factory Orders (SFO's) or limited runs. Makes a built up demand that helps them sell faster maybe? Add a drop point in super steels like S30V or S35VN for a option and I bet a lot more CS 112's get ordered.

Good move Bastler! I too can afford them now better than when I am paying $4.50 for a gallon of gas soon!!! Getting raped on heating oil too! Least when I am sitting at home I will have a couple pretty Bucks to admire LOL Too purdy not to own and still cheaper than most firearms.

The Nighthawk they have available is a curiosity to me. I do not need any tactical knives, so I'm not actually interested (GCK FTW!), but I would be interested in reading or listening to first-hand accounts of using them in practice. I am glad to see it's the version sans oxygen wrench slot - adding unneeded holes in a blade is a great way to promote a failure in times of duress. Looks like a stout knife, probably a better all-round knife than the 119 in most cases as well...

...It's interesting learning about knives as you buy them, trying to figure out what the best set of features are for your needs, real or perceived. When you first go for a fixed blade or a tactical knife, you want the biggest one. After a while, you learn the medium-sized knives are actually the best ones for most purposes. Unless you're using the knife for everything, all the time, too big of a tool takes up too much real estate on your person.

This would be a nice knife to bring back with a better scabbard and a 5160 blade.

Our price per litre just hit the $6.20 per gallon equivalent yesterday but I'm ok with that if the economic sanctions do what is intended.

I almost grabbed a few of those latest specials but decided to hold out until the next BOTM arrives.

I can neither affirm nor deny any allegations, whether spurious or substantiated by evidence, that a Buck 112 LT arrived on or about today in a mailbox that may or may not bear a striking resemblance to rhino's mailbox, including, but not limited to the same street and unit number. Allegedly!
