Here's a big full tang Bowie that I hope someone will really enjoy. I grind these to be good workers/choppers so I kept some heft in the spine. Likewise, the tip has enough meat to be refined but still rugged. The rest of the specs as follows:
- Blade is 1/4" thick W2 steel
- OAL is 14 3/8" with a 9 1/4" blade
- High saber grind for strength
- Hollow ground clip with false edge
- Guard & bolsters are 416 ss
- Guard is peened and soldered
- Tapered tang with black paper micarta handles
- Leather drop loop sheath made from Wickett & Craig 10 oz leather
