I just got my Onion Echo FB resharpened from the factory, sharper than when I first got it. Turnaround was quicker than expected. :)

I sent my storm out to them on a Monday for a warranty issue, and got a new knife on Friday, cross country. Kershaw goes above and beyond.
 
I had a similar experience. Sent my Mini Cyclone in for a warranty issue and it was back 7 days later. Excellent Customer Service.
