I just finished the speed improvements to my homepage (with Terry's help) and think it helped a lot....Please let me know if it loads faster for you and I will be "tweaking" the rest of the site soon. Thanks!....Bryn

Looks like that made a big difference on the homepage of your site. As you know, the other pages still suffer the "bloat" problem. Now that we've diagnosed and verified the major problem, I'd be glad to help you with the rest of the graphics if you don't want to go through the hassel of re-scanning.

We can't do anything about the HTML since you are forced to use the online WYSIWYG editor and prebuilt templates, but I can give you some other tips that will help as we go.
