Here's how to win friends and influence people in the retail world:
I placed an order for an item from Whitt at USA Made Blade.
Item arrived quickly, but there was a problem with the item which, at the time, I thought was pretty major. Whitt offered to exchange or refund. I took the refund. But then Whitt told me to keep the item since he wasn't going to resell it (thank you #1).
Fast forward a few weeks, and I have decided to use the item despite the flaw, which I've decided I can live with. I emailed Whitt and asked him to send me an invoice since I was satisfied with the item and intended to use it. His response? "Nope!" (thank you #2).
I'm definitely going to buy from Whitt in the future. He's a good guy.
