I had two Strider folders in need of work, couldn't get anyone on the phone and began to get discouraged.
Happened to be in the area so I went by the shop thinking I could drop them off with someone and pick them up in a couple weeks.
Stuck my head in the shop and Christopher asked me what was up. I showed him the knives. He said "15 minutes" and 15 minutes later I was back on the road with my two folders...better than new.
Big thanks to Christopher and a very positive experience.
