Where can I buy a 4x8 sheet of kydex or concealex? I would like to save money on a larger supply than buying by the sq. ft. Bruce Bump

Id buy Consealex from Tim Wegner and victor at Blade-tech, there website has all the info,not sure of the link to it .
Also for Kydex any local plastics supply house can get it for you, usally runs shipped from 92.00 a sheet to 107.00 depending on how greedy the supplier is.
best bet and better material is to Go with COnsealex from BLADE-TECH im just finished using up what KYDEX i had, wont buy anymore im a solid CONSEALEX convert!!

Blade-Tec is the company to go to. They also have the fasteners your looking for. Ask for the 6x10 eyelets. Same size as the defunct BT5. Glad to see your progress into the wonderful world of thermo-forming!

Chris,, you are using 8-10's on your sheaths ???
When using 2 thicknesses of 0.60 8-8's are the way to go..
What thickness of Concealex are you using ??
You must be doing 0.80 with the 8-10's am I correct ???
With using 2 thicknesses of 0.60 8-8's are perfect,, the 8-10's may be a tad long and will cause a couple of different problems...

6x8's! That's what I use! They just clear with 2 x .080." and work great with 2 x .060".

Sorry bout that I thought I read 8-10's..
I've tried 8-10's on 2X .060 and found them a little long.. They didn't quite like to roll over nicely as the 8-8's and didn't stay round...
Maybe I'll give it another shot with them...

Sorry bout that I thought I read 8-10's..
I've tried 8-10's on 2X .060 and found them a little long.. They didn't quite like to roll over nicely as the 8-8's and didn't stay round...

Thanks guys. I just called Blade-tech and ordered 1/3 sheet of black concealex in .093" and 100 8x10 eyelets. With ups it only came to $36.00 That not a bad price. The full sheet 4x8 was only about $75 Bruce
