52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles creating a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind
Distal tapered tang
Professionally stabilized figured maple handle with G10 spacers. There are some small worm holes that have been filled
Overall length: 9 inches
Blade: 4 3/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry

Wow! That maple glows, and the blade profile is just right in my opinion. It would sure be cool next to the one with forge patterning on the flats I got from you a while back. Basically the same shape but the whole character of the knife is so very different. Hard to resist, Gerry. Really.
