What's the biggest, and smallest knife in your possession? Doesn't matter if they're folders or fixed blades. Here's mine. The big 17 incher is my fold up military machete, and the 2 3/4 incher is my Frost & Sons folder:

I was waiting for it, lol. But I said knife, not weapon. ;)

I have a coast folder that is probably 2 1/2" closedl. The largest is a 18" cold steel spear point machete, which is about 2 feet long.

Largest? Maybe a Sgt. Khadka Bonecutter from Himilayan Imports.
Smallest? Spyderco Ladybug.

What's the sizes of them? And quit being lazy and take some damn photos. :D

Largest: KHHI Chitlange 15" blade.
Smallest: Cold Steel Bird and Trout 2 1/2" blade.

Trying to keep it to knives, but now that you mentioned it, is a machete in the knife class, lol? Also, total lengths please, not blades, or closed knives.

Biggest is my BK3 Tactool, smallest is SOG Fusion Micron Tanto.

It's a big old honker. See bottom knife.
Sorry, I screwed up the name. It's a Sgt. Khadka (not Karda) Bonecutter.
There are different lengths and weights. Some are freakin' huge.
I'd have to go back and search the HI forum to remember what mine is.
Khadka is one of the more respected makers in the HI line.
He made both of the knives shown below.

Damn Guyon, sweet looking blades. BTW, how many knives do you have? Do you even know, lol?

I stopped counting 'em a long time ago. Best to leave some things unknown.

Smallest would be the RSK MK3, at least I'm pretty sure it's smaller than my BK-13...

Largest technically would be an 18" machete...but if talking actual "knives" then I guess this TOPS D.A.R.T.

So, what's the limit on a knife for length? When does it become something else? Is the BK9 a machete, or the Junglas?
Is there a shape/purpose factor?

Since I broke my old scout knife, my biggest knife at the moment is actually my EsKabar :D But as you might have noticed I'm still at the beginning of my Becker addiction. I'm thinking about buying a BK7, but money is short at the moment and a hatchet is more suitable and more important for german / middle european forests. On that notice, does anyone have experience with the Fiskars 14" Hatchet? I'm thinking about getting one.
